Refund and Returns Information

1.  The delivered goods are sold without any warranty. It is expressly stated that the goods are offered "as is".
   
   
2. Any form of warranty is excluded, including, but not limited to, the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of third-party rights.
   
   
   
3.  Returns of the delivered goods are not accepted. The seller assumes no responsibility for defects or issues that occur before or after the purchase.
   
   
   
4.  These exclusions do not apply to cases of intentional deception, gross negligence, harm to life, body, or health, or to the extent that a warranty for the quality of the goods has been assumed.
   
   
   
5. The buyer expressly agrees that the goods are purchased "as is" and acknowledges that no warranty and no returns are offered. We do not conduct testing or make alterations, providing you with the items in their original condition. A +/- 5% discrepancy between the value of the goods being sold should be taken into account. We will not accept any disputes that fall within this range. All sales are final.

Domestic Orders (Germany):

We offer two shipping options at checkout for deliveries within Germany:

Option 1 – Pick-Up (Free):

Customers can choose to collect their order themselves from our warehouse at no additional cost.

Important: Orders must be picked up within a maximum of 7 to 10 days. After this period, warehouse storage fees will apply.

Option 2 – Standard Shipping:

Customers who prefer delivery can select this option at checkout. Shipping costs will be
calculated and displayed accordingly.

*Alternative Option – Freight Forwarding:

For selected products, a freight forwarding option will replace the standard shipping method due to the product’s weight. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed accordingly.

Orders within Europe:

We offer two delivery options for our European customers.

Option 1 – Pick-Up (Free):

This can be selected if the customer wishes to arrange and collect their order themselves.

Option 2 – Standard International Shipping:

Customers who prefer delivery can select this option at checkout. Shipping costs will be
calculated and displayed accordingly.
